In order to obtain service
on your equipment, an RMA number must be obtained from Nietzsche
Enterprise Co., Ltd. The product must be correctly identified
and returned within 15 days of the time the RMA request number
was issued. In order for the RMA process to run smoothly, customers
must follow below procedure: |

| 1.1 |
Fill out RMA
request form online from
An RMA number will be assigned and sent to the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to fully identify
the original purchase information of the product that
is required on the RMA request form. Any missing information
on the request form may result in rejection of the RMA
request or delay. |
| 1.2 |
All items arriving at Nietzsche
Enterprise Co., Ltd without a valid RMA number are automatically
refused. |
| 1.3 |
After obtaining the RMA number,
you will need to send the package to Nietzsche Enterprise
Co., Ltd, shipping prepaid and insured. The RMA number
must be marked on the outside of the shipping box (not
the product carton box). |
| 1.4 |
No package will be accepted if
it is shipped "COD" (Cost on Delivery) or "Freight
Collect" |

Packing Instructions: |

| 2.1 |
Package the unit safely, preferably
using the original box and packing materials. Please ensure
that your product is shipped fully insured in the original
packaging or equivalent. This warranty will not apply
where the product is damaged due to improper packaging. |

Include the following: |

The RMA Form fill out completely
with RMA number confirmed and issued by Nietzsche
Enterprise Co., Ltd. RMA Number clearly marked on
the outside of the box(s) |

A return address where
the unit can be shipped back. Post office mail boxes
are not acceptable |
| c. |
A contact telephone number
where you can be reached during work hours. |

DOA (Defect on Arrival)

| 3.1 |
DOA (defect on arrival) product
must be back within seven (7) days of receipt along with
its original contents, packaging materials and a valid
RMA number. |
| 3.2 |
Products which are incomplete or show signs of abuse
or misuse will not be accepted. |
| 3.3 |
Refer to the RMA Process to ship out DOA products. |
| 3.4 |
Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd
will not consider our products as DOA past fifteen (15)
days from the date of original purchase. Consequently,
such items will be handled in accordance with the standard
warranty. |

Shipping Cost |
| |
| 4.1 |
The customer is responsible for
all incoming shipment costs, and we pay the outbound shipping
costs back to the customer. |
| 4.2 |
All replacement/repaired products
are shipped by Fedex or equivalent method. If a rush shipment
is requested, the cost of shipment upgrade must be paid
by the customer or by using customer’s freight account
number. |
| 4.3 |
Customers will be liable for
loss or damages caused by their shipping carrier. |

Please
ship to Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd if you have purchased
our products directly from us. Contact your local distributor
if you have obtained our products from them. |

Important Notice |

| 5.1 |
Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd
returns each product with a simple repair record. For
a failure report or analysis, please contact with RMA
window, an extra charge may be occurred also. |
| 5.2 |
For a customer's reference, out-of-warranty
repairing charge is as follows:
Minimum $70/hour plus component cost and freight cost
for systems or boards. Service charge is variable based
upon the actual material cost to replace missing or modified
parts back to their original factory condition. |

If, after consulting with this
Guideline, you have more questions regarding our warranty,
repair and return policies, please do not hesitate to
