Warranty Period |

Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd products
are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date
of delivery to the original purchaser for both material and
workmanship. Any products that are found to be defective within
this warranty period will, at the option of Nietzsche Enterprise
Co., Ltd, be replaced or repaired. |

Limited Warranty |
| |
Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd products
are covered by a limited liability warranty from defects in
material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if, in
the judgment of Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd, the product fails
due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse
or misuse, improper operation or maintenance, modification of
any kind, connection to improper voltage supply, or if it has
been used in a manner not conforming to product's instructions,
Removal, Modifying and Defacing of Serial/ Part number sticker(s)
on any Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd products will void all
warranties. Repair by anyone other than Nietzsche Enterprise
Co., Ltd or an approved agent voids this warranty. |

Repairs Under Warranty |

During the warranty period, Nietzsche
Enterprise Co., Ltd will be replaced or repaired. All defective
products, provided that they are returned to authorized Nietzsche
Enterprise Co., Ltd repair facility. Nietzsche Enterprise Co.,
Ltd has sole unfettered discretion to determine whether a particular
product will be either repaired or replaced. |

Repairs Out of Warranty |

We will repair our products that are
out-of-warranty provided such repair is economically feasible.
Products damaged to the extent that repairs would not bring
them up to minimum quality standards are not economically feasible.
The out of warranty repair has a warranty of 90 days. It covers
repaired or replaced parts only. |

Exclusions From warranty |

The product is treated as exclusion

The product has been subjected
to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair. Such conditions
will be determined by Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd. |

None Nietzsche Enterprise Co.,
Ltd are covered by one year warranty. Examples of such
products include RAM, HDD, and etc. |

Product is damaged beyond repair
due to nature disaster, for example, lighting strike,
flood, earthquake, fire, etc. |

Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd reserves
the right to change this policy without advance notice. |
